Will Kemper - "Craft Brewing with Will Kemper"

Will is a Diploma member of the Institute of Brewing and Distilling based in London, England, as well as an active member of the MBAA (Master Brewers Association of the Americas) since 1990.  He holds a BS in Chemical Engineering from U of Colorado, Boulder, is an alumnus of the Siebel Institute of Technology in Brewing Microscopy and Microbiology, and completed the first Masterbrewers Program from the University of California at Davis.

He has managed over twenty brewery startups and consulted in brewery operations across the U.S., Mexico, Europe, Asia, and Australia.  In 2008, after living abroad for several years, he, and his wife Mari, opened Chuckanut Brewery in Bellingham, Wa.  In 2009 Chuckanut won the national title of Small Brewery/Brewer of the year at the GABF (Great American Beer Festival) in the small brewpub category.  In 2011 they were again awarded the title of Brewery/Brewer of the year.  This time it was in the small brewery category.
