Alternative Ingredients in the Brewing Process: An Educational Smorgasboard of Supplemental Sensory Stimulation & Assessment

In this seminar we will discuss the various ways to craft unique flavors in your brews using ingredients other than malt, hops, yeast and water. Participants will smell/taste examples of the finest alternative ingredients and beers brewed with these ingredients.
