There’s a crew of dedicated volunteers that is excited to welcome you to the conference this week. But even with all the effort that has been put in until now, we need just a little more help. If you are interested in volunteering an hour, a couple hours or more, we would be grateful for your time and will have a token of our appreciation for you when you are done.
We need people in the following areas:
Education Assistance:
We need at least three people per session to help out. You might serve beer, check badges, give out raffle drawing tickets or even introduce the speaker! Hours are the same as the seminars. Indicate on the forms if there are specific sessions you hope to work and we will do what we can.
Registration Volunteers
We need folks to help at the front desk to help we are in need of volunteers to help both on Friday and Saturday. Work involves greeting attendees, providing name badges. Times we need folks are Friday from 1030 AM to 3PM for as long as you are able (at least one hour shifts) and Saturday with shifts between 830AM and 5PM.
Brew Stop
Beer Stop is the “drop in” place to get a beer throughout the conference. It is fun and people will like you because you are giving away beer. We have one hour shifts set up to make it easy for many to participate.
