I started brewing in 2009 after learning to make malt extract beer with friends.  A year later, I was brewing all-grain 10 gallon batches and even making the occasional cider.   I taught my first beermaking class for Clark College about five years ago, around the time I started working for Bader Beer & Wine Supply.  I have since taught dozens of beer, wine and distilling classes for Baders and am currently the assistant manger.  Now, I rarely brew the same beer twice, opting instead to try out the ever expanding, vast assortment of ingredients available today.
