As an avid homebrewer of 25 years I embarked on a commercial brewery endeavor in 2012 operating a small nano brewery under a home occupation permit. I have been brewing as a small brewery for over 4 years. I have gone from self-distributing to distributor to distributor back to self-distributing. I think I have a lot of bumps and bruises I can share to those that have a dream of going commercial.
