Mellie Pullman is the Director of the Business of Craft Beverage Program and Willamette Industries Professor of Supply Chain Management at Portland State University. She earned her Ph.D. in business administration, MBA and MS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Utah. In the 1980s, she started Wasatch Brewery in Park City, Utah as well as Hops Brewery in Scottsdale Arizona. Her teaching and research interests include sustainability, supply chain management, food & beverage industry, and experiential service design. In addition to authoring multiple articles and books on those topics, she recently published a book, Craft Beverage Business Management with John Harris (Ecliptic Brewery).
