Ben Edwards began homebrewing in 1996, starting in college with a basic 5 gallon extract kit bought at a local store, then moving to all-grain after a couple of years. He now brews 12 gallon batches in converted kegs and kegs and cask-conditions all his beer. Ben has a 9-tap kegerator for co2 dispense and another chest freezer for serving up to 4 cask ales at a time on four Angram handpumps.

He also enjoys cycling, fly-fishing, and hiking.  His favourite type of beer is cask-conditioned ale, and loves to sample the infinite variety of cask ales on trips to England.
