We'll cover the development of malting barley varieties - with a focus on Oregon State University - from A to Z. Lots of hands on samples, interactive malt tasting, and a chance to focus on barley contributions to beer flavor. I'd include barley Project research staff and Joel Rea - Corvallis Brewing Supply owner: an effective Tag team.
