Brewing and Serving Cask-Conditioned Ale at Home

Ben Edwards will present a seminar on how to brew and serve cask-conditioned ale at home. The talk will briefly discuss the brewing process, styles best suited for cask dispense, and then focus on how to dispense cask ale on a home-brew level, including inexpensive methods for first-time cask ale brewers, through to the traditional casks used and service by handpumps and gravity taps directly from the cask.
